Our New You Total meals consist of creamy shakes, hot soups, delicious meal, tasty bars, homely porridge and scrumptious high protein snacks all suitable for ketosis. We have over 50 meals and snacks to choose from that are all designed to enable you to switch fuel sources so that your body uses your fat as its primary fuel source. This means that your body is burning your FAT FAST. The beauty of this plan means you WILL NOT feel hunger and you will have lots more energy.

Our slimmers average 1 stone per month, but keep in mind that this loss may vary as everyone is unique. However, you will start to see results after 1 week.

6. Snack Guidelines

New You has a range of different snack options that you can have in addition to your four meals a day.

These are Crisps , Biscuits, Vanilla, Raspberry, Chocolate Cream Wafers, High Protein Chocolate Coated wafers, High Protein Peanut Crunch snack bar, Crumbly Cookies and gummies.

Snacks you can have every day:
Crisps / Tortillas and gummies come in individual packs and you can have 1 packet of crisps or gummies each day on days you are having no other snack. Note: with the Gummy Sweets do take care as for some people they can have a laxative effect.

Snacks you can have 2 - 3 times a week:
Our Biscuits and Crumbly Cookies come in mini packets of multiple biscuits, you could have 1 with a cup of tea or if you want to eat the full packet in one go you can have 2/3 Mini packets per week.

Snacks that can be enjoyed 2 / 3 times per week on days you are not having any other snack include our Vanilla, Raspberry, Chocolate Cream wafers, High Protein Chocolate Coated wafers, High Protein Peanut Crunch snack bar.
