The New You Plan Hot Diet Meals come in a sachet just like a shake or soup. You simply add water and you can cook on the hob or in the microwave and it only takes 3-7 mins to make. The meals are handy if you have a microwave at work for instance. They look like a normal meal so your colleagues would never know you were eating a diet meal.
