How to Order
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, please click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and at this point you will be asked for a few details so that we can complete your order.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
We will endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders. However, we will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available and give you an expected delivery time.
When you get to checkout you will be able to choose the delivery option that suits your requirements and budget.

Please note that a signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries. If there is no one home - delivery of your parcel will be attempted to one of the following:

A card will be left detailing the parcel location and/or requesting that you rearrange delivery. It is advisable to download DPD's App if you wish to leave specific delivery instructions or track your parcel.

We do not accept responsibility for delays to packages, any additional charges relating to customs fees and duties. Once a package leaves our premises and is in transit it becomes the customer's responsibility to provide any additional documents required for customs clearance. If you are unable to take delivery of a package or provide required documentation we will not refund any charges and disposal of the package will be done at your own cost.
We can accept payment via Paypal and with the following debit and credit cards:
Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Amex, Solo and JCB.
Your credit/debit card will be charged on the date that your order is dispatched. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable), at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply call us on 02838 330720 or e-mail us, before we dispatch your order, i.e. before you have received a dispatch e-mail from us, providing us with the relevant details. If your order has already been dispatched, i.e. you have already received a dispatch e-mail, you will not be able to cancel your order, however if you return an opened item, New You Plan may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund.
Reporting errors on your order
In the unlikely event that you should need to query a mistake made on your order then this needs to be done within 14 days of placing the order for us to deal with your complaint. When reporting an issue please ensure this is done either via email to email@example.com , via phone on +44 28 3833 0720 or via the live chat function on our website. Any issues raised beyond these timescales not be considered and are at the discretion of the company.

Retention of Title
Title to the goods shall remain vested in New You and shall not pass to the purchaser until the purchase price for the goods has been paid in full and received by New You. The products will be at the risk of the purchaser from the time of delivery.
Where goods go unclaimed and / or are returned to the New You warehouse, an email will be sent to the purchaser and goods will be retained for 3[x] weeks before being rotated back into stock.
