Strawberry and White Chocolate MRP Bar (55g)

This bar is larger, because it is a Meal Replacement Bar, meaning it is intended to serve as one meal of a typical 3 meal day. It still contains the same minerals and vitamins as our existing bars, but in slightly higher quantities. When consuming these, you do not need to include a multivitamin in your diet as your body will be getting all the nutrients it needs.

Although it is bigger, stick to the same number of products per day (4/5, depending on weight). As this is a short-term solution until our original bars are back in stock, we recommend replacing these bars like-for-like with our current bars. As per our standard advice we recommend limiting these to 1 per day, which is even more crucial as they are now higher in calories and carbohydrates.

This bar will not affect your weight loss. This temporary bars contains between 209 kcal, which is higher than our other meals, but still within the range of a VLCD (very low calorie diet). On the days you are consuming one of these bars, we recommend keeping the calories of your other meals lower. The goal is to be under 800 kcal when following a Very Low Calorie Diet.

They are not recommended for ketosis but ketosis can still be achieved. If ketosis is your goal, due to the higher content of carbs (24,7g) we recommend limiting their intake, or avoiding altogether. However, as ketosis is achieved by most people who consume between 50-55g carbs per day, if you do consume a bar, keep the carbs of your other meals in mind, by for example, choosing more Shakes or Soups to keep your carbs intake lower.

These bars are a temporary solution while stock production continues to catch up with the higher demand for our existing range, we do expect this to be resolved in the next couple of weeks. 

Given the bigger size, (almost twice that of our current bars), this 55g Bars are priced at £2.20 each. In fact, with our 30% discount code, it actually works out cheaper per gram, as follows:

• Original bars 35g/ £1.99 = 0.06 per gram
• Temporary bars 55g/ £2.20 = 0.04 per gram
• Temporary bars with 30% discount code = £1.46 / £0.03 per gram

The temporary bars are only available to purchase individually, and will not be included in any bundles. This decision was made in order to make the process as fair as possible as we are aware that many customers rely on our bars daily. This ensures they are available to those who need them most. Furthermore, as our bundles are already heavily discounted, adding an option to include these bigger sized bars would have an impact on this. Remember, you can still use the 30% discount code.
