Our Vegetable Risotto is decadent, rich and packed full of flavour! It’s the perfect balance of seasonal vegetables and creamy sauce - the perfect way to enjoy the end of summer.

To make our Vegetable Risotto, simply:
1) Empty contents of one packet into a small saucepan (or into a microwave safe bowl).
2) Add 225 ml of cold water and mix well.
3) Microwave on high (800W) for 3 minutes. Stir and microwave for another 3 minutes. (Cooking guidelines may vary depending on the microwave.)
4) Remove from the microwave and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes.
